Our Clients, who are market leaders in  the Rubber manufacturing and suppliers are looking for Machine Press Operators to start work immediately.

Based in Tullamarine we are seeking experience candidates who have worked in this industry .

We are seeking candidates who are looking for ongoing work who are committed and reliable .  DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE 

$$ GOOD RATES $28.75 PH / plus * shift loading where applicable 

Your responsibilities will be as follows : 

•  Undertake the manufacture of rubber products under the instruction of the supervisor or/shift or operations manager
•  Follow work instructions for the task at hand in the production of rubber products
•  Assist other team members where instructed and trained when needed. This may include but not limited to finishing, painting, boxing, maintenance and other factory related operations
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions and training methods
• Complete jobs according to job card specifications
•  Perform assigned work to time standards and quality specifications
•  Maintain performance log books on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to management
•  Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance
•  Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level
•  To complete general housekeeping duties within your manufacture
