IJF Australia Pty Ltd is a national market leader in the commercial contract joinery fit out industry, specialising in supplying of joinery, products and services to high rise apartments, commercial offices, hospitals and hotel fit outs.
IJF is seeking to appoint a Procurement Manager to the Operations Team who will develop department procurement plans and implement these with key focuses on service levels, expense budgets, identifying cost savings and improvement opportunities that will overall enhance company objectives and profitability.
This position will be based in Adelaide.
Insight into your new role:
- Responsible for the outsourcing of manufactured products both locally and internationally, which includes supplier evaluation, reviewing vendors, visiting supplier plants/distribution centres.
- Responsibility for all Supply Chain Management across the Company
- Management of all stock inventory
- Continue to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Reporting, analysing and forecasting product trends to the Operations Manager
- Attending trade exhibitions, to research new products and services to meet Company objectives.

- Previous experience in Supply Chain Management
We are committed to recruiting a suitably qualified individual, with at least 3 years procurement experience in a leadership role, to join our team.
Previous technical skill and or knowledge in joinery/cabinet making, is preferable but not essential.
Travel will be a requirement of the position, both nationally and internationally.
