The Opportunity:

There is a newly created Procurement and Supply Chain Sr. Analyst/Consultant role within Pact Group Procurement based in Moorabbin, Victoria. The role reports into Group Manager Procurement – Strategic Sourcing and will support the delivery of a procurement transformation program across Pact Group’s 70+ sites across Asia Pacific.

So, what will you do in the role?

• Apply your experience, problem solving skills and drive value across Pact Group’s supply chain
• Support analytical tasks and manage parts of, or entire work streams
• Apply analytical skills to build models, tools for evaluations, policies and improved processes (preferable, but not mandatory)
• Support project execution – sourcing (inc. negotiations), optimisation, process re-design, etc.
• Support project teams and key stakeholders in delivering strong project outcomes
• Utilise technology platforms to drive superior outcomes

   

To succeed in this role, you will be:

• A highly-motivated and self-driven individual with a natural intellectual curiosity
• Able to think critically, analyse and solve problems
• Have highly effective communication skills
• Keen to be coached and develop your skill sets in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualified and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

   

It will also be beneficial (not mandatory) if you have:

• Experience working in Management Consulting or Industry (multinational, preferably across manufacturing, FMCG or retail) in analytically intensive roles

Experience across supply chain, procurement, process efficiency and re-engineering
