Our client is seeking an experienced Depot Supervisor for their Supply Chain/ Operations site based in the Mareeba area. FTE $70k base, immediate start.
This is a fulltime permanent role whereby you will undertake the management of the depot, inclusive of the warehouse, up to 20 casual staff and the assembly and dispatch of product to fulfil customer orders.
Reporting to the Depot Manager you will be required to possess:
An exceptional attitude towards safety and an ongoing commitment to ZERO Harm
The ability to implement and lead site safety requirements
Substantial experience in an Operational Supervisory role
Strong customer service skills to service a very strong customer base
Knowledge of SAP or similar system
Office administration skills along with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Strong leadership skills along with the ability to work autonomously
A mechanical aptitude
Forklift Licence
Drivers licence & own reliable transport
It is essential that you are able to pass a pre-employment medical & drug test.
