The Company

• The company is a manufacturing company with moulding equipment, press stamping, laser & assembly equipment.  This equipment has unique & high levels of technology & offers the successful candidate an opportunity to have a significant impact on the performance of the business.
• Our location is the Ingleburn district. Off-street parking is provided. 
• We operate 24x5 on a 3 shift basis

The Positions

• Coordinate day to day maintenance services to ensure that plant and equipment operates effectively allowing high quality product to be delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Develop initiatives to improve and optimise the reliability of equipment within the plant
• Work as part of a diverse team to maximise efficiency, and ensure productivity and performance measures are met, maintained and exceeded
• Work with production and planning functions to minimise machine downtime and meet stringent customer expectations.
• Installation, removal and/or maintenance of dyes/moulds in injection moulding machines
• Maintain and enhance WHS, Quality and Production Standards

      The Persons

• Previous supervisory experience within a similar role
• Relevant Trade qualifications as a Fitter or Toolmaker Setter
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced  manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Relevant experience working in an environment that applies productivity and performance measures to meet customer expectations
• Previous exposure to plastic manufacture an advantage
• Previous exposure to quality systems such as ISO or BRC
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills applicable to a manufacturing environment
