Unichi is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Supply Chain Planner. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, critical thinker, and able to complete advanced high-quality analysis within tight deadlines and experienced in using data to influence and motivate others.
About the role
- Demand & supply planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels across all physical warehouses to ensure adequate SKU availability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure preceding new products on time.
- Daily and weekly reporting.
- Good receivable management and stock accuracy control
- Quality complaint management with different suppliers and refund
- Quarterly freight cost update with forwarders
- Purchase order input in ERP system
Skills and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- 5 years' supply chain management experience in supplements and skin care products industries is preferred
- 2 years' experience in new product project management
- Minimum 1 year's experience in packaging materials management and sourcing resource
- Proficient in ERP systems with the ability to embrace and learn new technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese are preferable.
- Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skill with suppliers.
- Australian resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.
