Our client is a leading waste management company dealing with solid waste, liquids and industrial services for residential collections. They are currently looking to expand their Tullamarine team.
They have a great focus on team culture and believe that attitude is everything. If you are looking to get your foot in the door to the Waste Industry and are looking to pick up new and exciting skills, then this could be the position you are looking for!
We are currently looking for experienced HR Drivers to operate side arm trucks for residential hard waste. The hours are Monday to Friday, 4am-1pm with the lots of overtime. The pay rate is $30.54 per hour, with additional penalties in line with the Waste Management Award. All training will be provided. This is to start immediately plus with the opportunity to become a long term opportunity for the right person.
To be considered for these roles, applicants must satisfy the following key selection criteria:
- Hold current HR driving license or above
- Proven experience in an HR driving role
- Experience in the Waste industry preferable, but not essential
- Willingness to learn
- Own PPE (safety boots, long sleeve hivis and long pants), all other PPE will be provided by site
- Flexibility to work overtime to support the business and changing workloads
- Be committed, motivated and reliable
