THE ROLE
Due to growth, we have a NEW and exciting vacancy for an experienced, reliable and hands on Warehouse Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. We have recently moved into our brand-new Warehouse and Sales office located in Pooraka. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience to set up our warehouse and build the team!
This role will suit someone who has had extensive experience in Warehousing and Logistics and is looking for their next challenge. You will have a desire to succeed, think outside the box and contribute positively to our business growth. You will ensure our Warehouse is running efficiently by processing customer orders (pick and pack), operating the print line, liaising with our manufacturing team and assisting the internal sales team. Using your existing Warehouse skills and expertise, you will be able to identify and improve our existing processes.
The fast pace nature of our business means a rapid sales environment where customers are expecting a great customer service. This role comes with a high degree of responsibility and accountability, so we are looking for a motivated professional with experience in increasing output and efficiency, delivery route optimization and in managing stock levels.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor based at our Melbourne Head Office, you will -
- Efficiently set up and run a start-up warehouse, including print line machine.
- Ensure delivery schedule is always on time.
- Assist with recruiting and building a team of 2 Warehouse employees.
- Be hand on! Working on the floor with the team to get the job done.
- Drive Safety and Safe work practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have -
- Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in a Warehouse and logistics environment.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proven track record with leading safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High attention to detail.
- A valid fork lift license.
