Your New Role

Our business is growing rapidly and we are looking for a customer retention specialist, someone with account management or customer service experience, a passion for top-notch client satisfaction, ability to identify new opportunities, and effectively manage expectations.

You will ensure you can deliver this by partnering with our clients, understanding their needs and finding swift resolutions to any issues or queries, together with:

  • monitor and maintain customer’s volume of trade;
  • manage rates, review requirements and offer new services to increase spend;
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key existing accounts;
  • actively grow accounts within your portfolio;
  • identify and generate new business opportunities through your existing network or referrals;
  • follow-up on stopped or down-trading accounts; and,
  • KPI reporting, CRM and data analysis.

Complementing our current team by setting up new business accounts, supplying quotes to customers, generating bookings, and visiting customers daily are also an integral part of this role.

As the successful candidate you can bring to the table a genuine passion for client satisfaction and customer retention. We are looking for someone who is committed long term, outgoing, polite, professional, and a team player who can fit into our existing vibrant team.

You will have a positive attitude and a strong motivation to succeed in order to achieve revenue targets, plus:

  • exceptional communication skills via phone, email and especially face to face;
  • outstanding computer literacy, the ability to multi task and be able to embrace new technology with ease;
  • capability to build and maintain strong relationships with your customers, and show that you care;
  • strong organisational skills to manage your CRM, portfolio and sales pipeline efficiently; and,
  • ability to do what is required to generate results through your activity levels.
