The Role

We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our busy Logistics team.


Departmental/Operational key Responsibilities may include:

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries sent from the client relating to orders, deliveries and transport.
  • Provide operational and administrative support and assistance to the Facility Operations Manager and Schenker Operational team in relation to orders, deliveries, and transport/freight and site administration.
  • Liaise and channel communications effectively between operations and customers.
  • Provide reporting to internal and external clients inclusive of KPI and billing information.
  • Maintain and update WMS.
  • Any related duties as required by Management.
  • Transport/Freight planning on an ongoing and periodic basis.
  • Communicate with operations team and customer in a timely fashion.
  • Review and develop processes and procedures that will continually improve all warehouse and administrative functions.
  • Perform all warehouse administrative functions inclusive of reporting requirements as per SOP’s and Customer contract agreements.
  • Check for product anomalies and assist in all periodic inventories.
