As part of the Brisbane team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties as support to our dynamic operations team, located in Eagle Farm.
The role entails:
- Recruitment and ongoing training of subcontractors.
- Maintaining subcontractor records and ensuring compliance is up to date at all times.
- Managing internal and external communication between Bonds and its contractors.
- Fleet audits.
- Ensuring the business has sufficient decals and uniforms at all times.
- Regular reporting to the Queensland Operations and State Manager.
- Advertising
- Creating and maintaining relationships with external providers.
- Phone bookings and customer queries
The preferred candidate will possess
· Good knowledge of South East Queensland.
· Dynamic personality / Positive attitude.
· Excellent communications skills.
. The ability to find solutions and be innovative.
