Experienced in Air Freight Operations?

Join a team of international freight forwarders who specialise in urgent, highly sensitive and valuable shipments. We need operations staff who are positive, motivated and want to be part of a highly specialised team of Dangerous Goods Air Freight Specialists.

Duties & responsibilities include:

• Liaising directly with customers.
• Finding solutions by Air & Road for tricky, hazardous, sensitive & highly regulated shipments.
• Making export bookings with airlines.
• Managing import freight shipments.
• Assisting with packing, documentation, driving, warehousing and other tasks from time to time.
• Tracking shipments and providing system updates.
• Managing relationships with clients and colleagues around the world.

Knowledge/Experience required:

• Sound knowledge of Airfreight Operations with a Freight Forwarder
• DG Accredited would be an advantage 
• Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel, G Suite package
• Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
• Driver's license
