The Role
We are seeking a Country Tender Analyst to join our busy team in Sydney.
This role is responsible in assisting the Country Tender Management team and other departments within the organisation to prepare a professional and quality tender response in supporting sales team to target new business opportunities.
Departmental/Operational key Responsibilities may include:
- Evaluate incoming tenders due to predefined criteria.
- Develop and create generic FF/Logistics concepts in close collaboration with the product management Air, Ocean and Coordinate quotation costs.
- Prepare tender response together with all relevant departments including PM, IT, Implementation, Finance and Legal.
- Work closely with other Schenker divisions in completing/ regional projects.
- Participate in customer meetings, prepare and conduct presentations if required.
- Prepare and realise internal workshops and meetings.
- Develop effective relationships with internal/external client base.
- Maintain and promote the WHS policies, procedures and systems.
- Provide Monthly Tender Pipeline report and Ad hoc management required report.
Competencies and Skills required:
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience required.
- Know-how of basic MS Word & PowerPoint principles preferred.
- Prior Shared Service Centre environment.
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
