Who will you are doing it for?
This young and dynamic business is looking to attract like-minded individuals for their busy logistics environment. From their humble beginnings to where the business sits now, there has been a massive increase in clients who they package and distribute for.  Without being your traditional 3PL Pick/ Pack environment, the same principles of warehousing still apply- "Delivery in full and on time' where accuracy is very important! 
 
What will you be doing?
You will have the opportunity to be multi skilled across a few different warehouse disciplines.  From the usual container unloads to packaging of items to various types of forklift driving the variety is on offer.   Working with the latest types of scan packing technology, you will be working to timed pick rates where your success will be shared with the group and acknowledged. There is the need to handle a variety of items from 1kg to 17kg in a repetitious environment.    
 
Reach forklift drivers will be picking on Crown forklifts with the stock being packed by the packing team.  The skill of replenishing stock to bays 5 high is needed, while being accurate and safe with your movements.
