The Company
At PFM Corp we are a leading National Sensitive Freight, 3PL Warehouse & Logistics Company. We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator.
Our Warehouse facility is located in Dandenong South.
The Role:
The role we are offering requires an energetic, results driven individual to work in a Coordination role within our Warehouse office, the role is desk bound with a mix of work required on the Warehouse floor reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Good interpersonal skills are essential, the successful applicant will be highly motivated and have an ability to understand and meet tight deadlines. Strong computer skills, particularly in WMS and MS Office.
A professional attitude, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and completing paperwork. An ability to lead by example through strong disciplines around process. This role is seen as a senior role within the Warehouse.
- Data entry of stock movements, i.e. receipt, dispatch, returns into our WMS system.
- Communication with customers via phone and email enquiries.
- Utilise your excellent organisation skills to ensure all our data and records are accurate and up to date.
- Greeting visitors as they arrive on site and manage customer collections.
- Assisting managers with additional general office and day-to-day duties as required.
- OH&S awareness and knowledge.
- Stock take and reconcile counts.
- Ownership of end to end Warehouse processes.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in a Warehouse Coordinator or similar position.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Strong leadership and decision making capabilities.
- Forklift Licence preferred but not essential.
- Experience using WMS systems is essential.
Employment Type:
Casual to Permanent.
