We are currently looking for an Order Support Coordinator to join and support our Sales Operations team in Sydney.  Based in Sydney, you’ll be responsible for the management and coordination of internal and external customer orders.


What we expect you to do:

  • Ensure that orders, deliveries and billings are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Producing timely and accurate business reporting.
  • Providing internal and external customers with accurate information.
  • Ensuring all team (National Order Support Centre) functions operate smoothly.
  • Liaise with internal customers with regards to all aspects of the sales order cycle.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Previous order processing, administration, reporting and data entry experience would be highly regarded.
  • SAP &/or online procurement tool experience.
  • Understanding of order fulfilment process.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Lotus Notes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous returns experience would be advantageous but not essential.
