JOB DESCRIPTION

M.A.P WA is seeking a mature, self-driven and proactive Stores/Warehouse Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for the ordering of consumables, as well as managing and coordinating, the receipting, storage, packaging and internal distribution of store inventory. It is imperative that this role provides efficient and timely service and at all times, is responsive to production/business requirements.

JOB CRITERIA

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Forklift licence - essential
• Able and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical 
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills (via email, phone, and in person)
• The ability to multitask and prioritise
• The ability to be highly organised, reliable and committed to the role
• The ability to be flexible with your availability and work hours
• The ability to find appropriate solutions to routine problems and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
