Your role:

Based at our Penrith Production Facility on Andrews Road and reporting to the Plant Controller, as the Stores Controller you will be responsible for leading Engineering Stores activity. Your responsibility will cover management of our on-site engineering store, goods receipt, inventory control, stocktake and other associated stores processes.

You will undertake all required SAP function to maintain stores data accuracy, support the review of MRP, develop annual stocktake plans, drive continuous improvements to stores safety, layouts, processes, procedures and inventory holdings.

Additionally, you will be play a key role in Supplier Management which will include providing feedback on supplier performance with regard to stores activity, have inspection plans in place of key materials and support procurement activity relating to supplier management.

 

About you:

You will have extensive experience as an engineering stores controller, preferable within a Manufacturing or FMCG environment. A solid working understanding of the SAP MM module will be highly regarded. You will also have a good working understanding of mechanical components and parts.

You will be process driven with strong communication, organization and relationship building skills.
