About the business and the role

Illuminate Group is a leading private RTO specialising in developing training solutions for our clients. Due to recent rapid growth, we are seeking energetic, charismatic and dynamic Trainer/Assessors across several industry sectors, with a strong desire to provide quality training to our clients.

Our Contract Trainer/Assessor positions are ideal for those persons who have very strong vocational industry experience coupled with formalised qualifications in their areas of expertise. You will have a strong background in the VET sector, a passion to train your clients to be the best in their field, and experience as a competency-based assessor of nationally accredited training.

Job tasks and responsibilities

At present we are seeking expressions of interest for contract trainers and assessors with experience in Certificate III in Driving Operations, CIII Driving Operations Waste and CIII & IV Warehousing Operations and CIII & IV Logistics

Experience with all listed qualifications will be highly regarded. 

Skills and experience

• Passion for your industry and in developing the expertise of your learners
• Minimum of 3yrs vocational experience in the Transport & Logistics industry field
• Certificate IV in TAE with 12mths minimum training and assessing experience
• The ability to engage learners in their learning process, motivate and inspire them in their training, and provide quality and flexible assessment
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills
