Isuzu UTE Australia (IUA) is the national distributer of the highly successful D-MAX and MU-X product range. Due to the strong growth of the Isuzu UTE brand, we are now recruiting for a Distribution Coordinator to provide administrative support for the vehicle distribution and logistics process.
About the role
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Sales), the successful applicant will become an important team member, providing an integral link between Isuzu UTE Australia and the Isuzu UTE Dealer Network in regards to the vehicle distribution process.
What you need:
- 1-3 years' experience in a distribution/logistics role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in handling multi tasks and working in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Possession of Open Drivers Licence
Your responsibilities will include:
Distribution Administration
- Support all IUA distribution activities/initiatives
- Clear and effective communication with other IUA Departments and Isuzu UTE Dealers
- Monitor and coordinate IUA vehicle inventory
Department Support
- Follow daily instruction and working with the Distribution Manager
- Support the Distribution Team to achieve annual objectives and improve efficiencies.
- Create and distribute ad-hoc reports for management as required
Vehicle Management
- Management of IUA company/evaluation vehicle fleet, including; registration, vehicle changeover, policy, fines, tolls, organising insurance claims and repairs as required, etc.
