We have an available position in our after hours team for an experienced call taker and dispatcher.
Your duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Taking tow bookings and entering them into our dispatch software.
- Dispatch the jobs to the drivers.
- Monitoring our security cameras whilst onsite.
Skills Required:
- Use of computers
- Excellent phone manner
Advantages:
- Knowledge of Linksoft Tow Manager
- Experience in the towing industry
- Strong understanding of Melbourne metro
- Dispatching experience.
Applicants must be available weekends and possibly weeknights anywhere from 4pm to 8am.
