We currently have a 12 month contract opportunity to build on your experience and career with AIA Australia as a Strategic Planning Champion in our IT & PMO department. Working closely within the Operations team, the primamry objective of this role to ensure our leaders and managers effectively, trained, coached and supported using the Active Operations methodology and rhythm to run their teams in day to day operations. Supplementary to this core task there will be a need for strategic analysis across operations and administrative support.
Right now if you have experience in Training and Coaching, Workforce Planning and/or Operations leadership across Financial Services or Insurance we would love to hear from you. Accreditation in Active Operations Management is advantageous.
