We are looking for an individual who can undertake client work, contribute to business growth, and take a leadership role in the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of either leadership development or strategy, or ideally, both. Bendelta has a number of national projects requiring local delivery, the role will also require occasional travel to work on projects in other States with Bendelta colleagues.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be eager to be part of, and lead, collaborative project teams
- Possess excellent consulting and client relationship skills
- Have an outstanding analytical mind
- Have a track record of high achievement and strong academic qualifications
- Be attracted to variety
- Probably have over ten years of relevant experience in related areas.
