A big 4 bank is looking for a Senior Change Manager for a Customer Experience Transformation project within the Asia Pacific Region.
Working with a highly skilled project team you will develop a strategy and drive business changes on this high profile project.
You MUST have;
- 5+ Years ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE experience
- Experience on Transformation projects in large complex environments (Banking will be highly regarded)
- DEVLOPING AND IMPLEMEMTING A CHANGE FRAMEWORK
- Demonstrated experience DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING CHANGE STRATEGY
- Tertiary qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple program areas simultaneously
- Demonstrated stakeholder management
- Experience working with waterfall, Agile and hybrid project delivery methodology
- Understanding of Project and Change Management methodologies and principles
