What We Seek:

There is no standard model for our consultants. We look for talented problem-solvers with intellectual curiosity who are ready to be active members of a client project team – within A.T. Kearney Solutions we also value a level of experience within your chosen field, in this case Procurement and Supply Chain. The following qualifications and skills are preferred:

• Proven knowledge of, and / or experience in, Procurement, Supply Chain, Outsourcing and Strategic Cost Reduction, with the ability to work across general commercial projects.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• A proven record of academic excellence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural self-direction, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and learn quickly.
• Eagerness to collaborate, coach, mentor, and help others grow professionally.

Applicants for the following roles will have achieved success in a rigorous environment, such as a global or ASX50 company or preferably a recognised consulting firm, for the following number of years:

• Business Analyst: 0-2 years
• Senior Business Analyst: 2-4 years
• Associate: +4-years
