Chandler Macleod is currently looking for a Functional Lead to join the team for a 6 month contract to help with the implementation of SuccessFactors at South32. The successful candidate will be a practical business-centric HR Business Partner with proven experience in implementing/ practicing HR using the various modules of SuccessFactors.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide support to the in-house HR team to develop processes to ensure successful implementation of Success Factors
• Work closely with the SAP project team to ensure the developed solutions align with the agreed optimised processes for the implementation of SuccessFactors
• Proactively develop a constructive network of HR professionals within the business
• Evaluate processes and provide recommendations to ensure solutions are optimises and presented in an easily-to-understand way
• Identify and articulate change impacts to be managed by the change team
  

Skills/ Knowledge and abilities:

• A practical business-centric HR Business Partner with experience in practicing or implementing employee central, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding modules of SuccessFactors is desirable
• At least 10 years’ experience working as a HRBP
• Process-driven, high ability to problem solve and proactive
