About the Role
As Organisational Change Manager you will develop and implement organisational change within the business to ensure maximum value from the business change solutions being delivered.

You will work with HR and Business Leaders to prepare the business for the changes associated with the implementation including impact and capability assessments, process, cultural and organisational requirements.

As Organisational Change Manager you are accountable for assuring change is delivered within a structured change management approach and methodology in order to deliver and realise change outcomes.

You will play a key role in ensuring changes introduced through the varied organisational readiness work streams meet their business objectives by supporting the implementation of changes to business processes, systems, technology and organisational structures

Responsibilities

  • Deliver change management activities
  • Develop a change management strategy
  • Develop change management scope and plans (i.e. communication, coaching and training plans)
  • Promote increased employee adoption and usage, focused on identifying potential points of resistance to change and develop counter strategies
  • Complete
  • Business change readiness assessment
  • Work with key stakeholders across HR and the Business
  • Provide guidance to business owners in the development of team structures, position descriptions and organisational and individual capability requirements
  • Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change
  • Manage the change management schedule and activities
  • Assess business and implementation readiness of stakeholders
  • Apply change management process and tools
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance across the divisions.
  • Consult with project stakeholders including HR and IR reps for change plans

Experience

  • Experience as an Organisational Change Manager
  • Must be experienced in organisational restructures
  • Must have experience working with HR, IR and Unions
  • Experience working in an industrially sensitive operational environment
  • Ability to work within blue collar environment
  • Ability to coach staff and managers during periods of complexity and change.
  • Experience in development of business transformation and change readiness plans including the development and execution of post implemental reviews.
  • Experience of change management principles and methodologies (e.g. Prosci)
  • Ability to engage and motivate staff through large-scale transformational change
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • An adaptable aptitude who can work on multiple, activities with a high level of resilience.
