Our client is a relatively new start-up, owned by one of Australia’s most recognised brands. They lead their sector through their unwavering commitment to product innovation and investment in sustainable technology. Recent strategic acquisition has seen them galvanize their position of strength and in turn, has created a platform for further growth and market share.
As a result of re-aligned and ambitious goals, an exciting role has been created for a high calibre Commercial Analyst to join a well respected and influential team. You will partner with General Managers across the business units to help drive ad-hoc strategic projects (M&A, due diligence, new business opportunities, business re-structure, capital expenditure, strategic business issues) through the provision of robust insight and analysis.
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA/CFA qualified with previous exposure to M&A and due diligence work. Able to demonstrate strong analytical and financial modelling skills, you will have a high level of strategic agility, a drive for results and excellent business, partnering, communication and presentation skills. Exposure to large Capital Expenditure projects will be highly regarded. The right candidate will have an ability to deal with ambiguity whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and will be able to drive projects through to completion.
