The purpose of this Senior Change role is to collaborate with and coach all managers in order to build the Inspire & Lead Change Leadership competencies. Our client, one of Government’s leading sectors, is seeking a well experienced Senior Change Manager who has proven experience in the field, an upbeat attitude and exceptional communication skills and the ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the impacts of business change in order to minimise disruption and maximise change adoption
  • Provide high quality customer and stakeholder feedback
  • Lead and manage the Change plan and ensuring it aligns with the program’s release plans
  • Ensuring the plan stays on track with the Change Management Framework
  • Overseeing and managing stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, risk assessments, readiness assessments, training plans and resistance management plans
  • Evaluate risks and develop solutions to address risks
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Providing support to managers to fully understand the impacts of Change plans
  • Applying policies and procedures consistently

Requirements

  • 5+ years in professional experience within a Senior Change Management role
  • During this role, you would have led and managed Change strategies and the implementation process
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of project and change management lifecycles, disciplines, procedures, methodologies and tools
  • Experience working closely with Leadership and Senior Management
  • Utilities background will be highly regarded
