We are currently looking for an Associate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our team based in Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity to plan, deliver and support engagement objectives on major infrastructure projects with a team in Brisbane as well as having opportunities to contribute on projects across Australia.

Our focus is on helping our clients manage stakeholder engagement in new and exciting ways bringing global experience to our local small and large projects. We provide critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, project communication and social impact assessments.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Over 12 - 15 years relevant experience in stakeholder and community engagement.
  • Dedication to thinking of things differently and questioning the status quo.
  • A dream to make a difference to a team, a project and the business strategically.
  • An interest and experience in the built environment – how we build a better world for our community
  • Relevant experience working on complex projects requirements.
  • Experience in communications, public relations, social science, and or planning.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with and feel comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders on sensitive issues.
  • Understanding of frameworks and methodologies for interacting with stakeholders, gathering the views on change and demonstrating their values.
  • Strong organisational skills, an enthusiastic nature and disposition.
  • Demonstrated understanding of planning and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Flexibility and ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours as well as a willingness to work from and/or travel to varying locations.
