We are looking to recruit a PMO Manager to lead the Finance Transformation Program (FTP) work plans.
Reporting to the Finance Transformation Program Director you will be working closely with finance workstream leads to understand and track progress of their work plans on a regular daily to weekly, to fortnightly and monthly basis as required.
You will establish strong stakeholder relationships with leaders from across Finance and Services and use highly developed negotiation and influencing skills to bring together stakeholders from cross functional teams around common solutions and outcomes.
To be considered for the role it is essential that you meet the following criteria:
- Proven ability to oversee multiple work streams to track and manage work plans and manage documentation and status reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management tools and their application in transformational projects.
- Strong people, communication and team work skills.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project skills.
