The Role
You will partner closely with clients and consultants in the executive search process and play a vital role in the creation of search strategies; identifying and engaging executive talent; utilising networks; managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment.
- Well presented and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative approach to finding information and sourcing candidates.
- Curious about businesses and able to quickly interpret operating structures and functions.
- Confident manner with the ability to communicate directly with senior executives and utilise networks.
- Comfortable with technology systems.
