Reporting to the General Manager New Service Design & Transition, you will be responsible for high-level project management, coordination and reporting, providing support and coordination to project stakeholders across HWNS/The Tipping Foundation and ensuring project compliance.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a professional and personable approach with experience influencing key stakeholders and supporting a small team. Your ability to negotiate, plan and prioritise projects will ensure effective partnerships are formed both internally and externally.
Integral to your success will be customer focused people practices and role modeling of organisational values.
Primary responsibilities:
- Coordinate project implementation to ensure consistency with contractual agreements and requirements with scheduled timeframes and budget.
- Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to understand contractual performance and reporting obligations to funding body.
- Coordinate a small team to achieve project management objectives.
- Provide project reporting, monitoring, performance and forecasting tools.
- Manage information, resource production or research relevant to project.
Essential requirements of the role:
- A relevant Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related field. Project Management and Compliance experience.
- Previous experience coordinating project stakeholders, including subject matter experts and professionals, to ensure effective interface between project developments, planning, service design and policy implementation.
- Previous experience in providing advice and support to project team members on undertaking tasks and implementing project plans as required to support and facilitate effective project management and implementation.
- Previous experience supporting organisational compliance with contractual performance obligations in a complex community services environment.
- Ability to coach, coordinate and develop a small team.
