What you'll be doing
The Policy & Briefing Support Officer undertakes a range of research, analysis and administrative activities to support the formulation of policy advice and recommendations and contributes to the development of policies that support eHealth NSW/ NSW Health commitments.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or strong proven policy and briefing experience in a Public Service and/or Information Technology organisation
- Demonstrated high level problem-solving skills and a forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information to understand challenges and recommend business focused solutions.
- Capacity to communicate effectively through developing high level briefing documentation, and correspondence to senior internal and external stakeholders including Directors, Ministerial Government Officials and Vendors.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Proven engagement, collaboration and customer service skills with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- Demonstrated proficiency using records management systems and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
