The Role
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant support engagements on Business Business Process Change, Outsourcing and Operating Model Transformation led projects and assignments. Preferably a certified Six Sigma Black Belt consultant, you will provide an outstanding level of consulting to our clients, and provide insights on market trends and best practices to grow this already high performing area.
Mandatory Skills:
- Design processes and business rules to support content generation, organization and publication
- Work collaboratively to provide content analysis, strategy, requirements, and maintenance plans to support new content structures and publishing deliverables.
- Ensure that new and existing content structures are sustainable and support business and Insurance processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Need to be there in Client engagements
- Should build a team to support the customer
- Understanding the client requirement and co-ordinate or work with the team to complete the end products.
- Provide RPA solutions and improve cost effectiveness
- Build customer relationships
- Support new customer sales pitches
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
Industry specific knowledge:
- Experience of working in process transformation/process excellence teams within banking & finance/insurance/Retail/service organisations or consulting organisation
