Bluefin Resources are working in partnership with a large organisation based in Parramatta who have been undergoing a range of major business transformation programs.
An opportunity has now arisen within the Strategic Change Management Office for a high calibre Change Lead to develop, implement and embed change management strategies within a program in the operational area.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise change resistance
- Apply their Change Management Framework to create and implement actionable change management deliverables including: stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, risk assessments, readiness assessments, training plans, resistance management plans etc.
- Coach and influence a range of stakeholders from front line manager through to executives
- Monitor the effectiveness of change plans and interventions and implement changes to the approach to ensure that key milestones are being achieved
- Establish and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change management approach to ensure the realisation of benefits from the change
- Actively contribute to the SCMO practitioners group and report to SCMO on status of change on a monthly basis.
- Manage change initiatives that can span 4 weeks to 12 months
To be considered for this role you will have :
- Tertiary qualifications in Change Management or a business related discipline
- Procsci / Change Management Institute practitioner accreditation or equivalent
- 5+ years Change Management experience at a senior level
- A passion for cultural change
- Experience embedding change in an operational area
- Exposure to Safety related projects would be highly advantageous
- Experience within utilities or blue-collar organisations
