Golding are now seeking a site based Registered Mining Surveyor and Mining Surveyor to work as part of project team.  We will offer suitable candidates permanent full-time employment. 

Key Task Types

• Provide sufficient survey control to the mining operation in accordance with the site excavation and dump plans
• Survey start and finish surfaces for all mining operations as per the requirements in the project Production Plan
• Monitor compliance to the mine excavation and dump schedule and provide options to mitigate adverse variances
• Provide survey services in other work areas as required
• Prepare monthly and other survey plans and volume reports
• Prepare annual statutory mine plans
• Monitor and manage the condition of survey equipment on the project such that all equipment is calibrated
• Provide technical input into SHE investigation reports (including survey services) as required.

Capability Requirements

• Surveying Engineering Degree
• Demonstrated technical survey and engineering skills proficiency
• Strong mental processing ability to solve complex problems
• Sound social process skills and the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships
• Demonstrated strong drive, energy and work efficiency
