Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division (M&IS) delivers maintenance, shutdown, and minor capital works projects through long-term maintenance contracts within the oil and gas sector. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure optimal plant productivity, integrating with customer systems to develop and execute maintenance work. Our M&IS division scopes, plans and executes maintenance activities through a combination of core personnel managed by Monadelphous and seconded labour embedded into our customers' maintenance teams.

Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world-class onshore and offshore assets. As such, we are seeking applications from high-calibre candidates to join our successful business as a Work Pack Preparer.

This role requires extensive experience with Offshore Oil and Gas production facilities with a background in Fabric Maintenance and a strong working knowledge of access solutions.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

• Assisting with the coordination of maintenance activities
• Development and resourcing of work orders
• Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies
  Reporting activity status (Schedule management)
• Assist with development of procurement and contract plans specific for activities
• Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and control of costs for activities
• Liaise with the planning and scheduling team as required

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Fabric maintenance background with knowledge of Scaffolding/Access requirements
• Previous experience in the use of SAP CMMS System and previous planning experience resourcing work scopes will be highly desirable
• Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Current BOSIET/TBOSIET and MSIC
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
