The Opportunity – Business Process & Master Data Administrator

Based on site, the Business Process & Master Data Administrator contribute to the administration of business process and master data requirements within the underground reliability team to monitor, create and improve maintenance work management strategies for assets.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Provide all necessary administration and master data services to meet work management MDIP requirements
  • Monitor and report deviations in standardisation of type of PMs, task lists, work instructions/ procedures and strategies
  • Initiate, approve and monitor D1 Master Data requests by collaborating with reliability engineers and planners
  • Monitor and process N2 improvement notification requests in conjunction with reliability engineers
  • Generate weekly and monthly asset management KPI reports
  • Generate weekly downtime and Pareto Ampla reports
  • Support the administration inputs for the budget maintenance function
  • Provide training to maintenance teams to ensure the SAP work management process is followed and completed accurately

  • Diploma in Maintenance Management or Trade Qualification
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Package
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience SAP and Master Data
  • Minimum 1 year working in a coal mine
  • Exposure to Asset Management Principals
