Dredge Operator
Dredge Operator
We have a number of contracts coming up, these are short to medium term. Most will be FIFO, generally on an even time roster.
We have a fleet of small 8" cutter suction dredgers, with ancillary equipment, including booster pumps, excavators etc.
We are looking for an experienced (essential) dredge operator with small cutter suction dredges.
High regard will be given to applicants who have a sound knowledge of:
- Slurry pumps
- Booster stations
- Pumping characteristics
- Pumps rebuilds
- posses a mechanical aptitude
You will be a leader, have clean working habits, and display a high regard for the equipment you operate.
The ideal applicant will have experience in the mining sector, and will be an advantage (but not essential) to possess the following;
- Section 4 - CBM
- Standard 11 induction
A pre employment medical along with drug and alcohol screening will be mandatory.
