About the Roles:
The primary purpose of these role are to support the client in the PM validation and build relationships with key stakeholders involved in planning. We also have Campaign focused Planning roles available.
You will be responsible for the planning and management of maintenance services systems across multi-disciplinary activities. In hand with scheduling and support of the maintenance team at execution phase.
Please note for the site based roles, point of hire will be Perth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing the maintenance plans and appropriate work instructions.
- Estimating the job steps and resources required for each of the maintenance plans.
- Determine the correct parts for the maintenance plans.
- Auditing and reviewing all plans and confirmation of the routes per maintenance plan.
- Development of ACD’s (Add/Change/Delete) for incorrect maintenance plans.
- Support the ABU strategic planning and scheduling process.
- Liaise closely with Maintenance and Production Co-ordinators to ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution activities are met.
- Continually promote and demonstrate commitment to a safe working culture.
Experience in the following areas is necessary for a successful application:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within the Oil & Gas Industry Shutdown and Maintenance Planning or in a similar capacity
- Must have relevant tertiary OR trade qualifications
- Experience with work order/ workpack development & execution
- Understanding of estimating processes and associated principles
- Able to interpret engineering standards, specifications and drawings
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Desirable:
- Previous experience in maintenance CMMS Systems (i.e. JDE, SAP, Maximo) or equivalent together with a proven track record within the LNG sector.
- Mechanical or E&I trade qualification would also be highly regarded.
