Seed are currently looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead and manage our beautiful Concept store at our Broadway location in the Sydney CBD. 

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Essential: 2IC or management experience in a high volume and fast paced retail environment
• The ability to inspire, lead and manage a team
• Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
• Assisted in managing a team of more than 6
• Ability to assist manager in preparation and costing of weekly/monthly rosters
• Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
