A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated, passionate and sales focused Regional Sales Manager for North Queensland to join our Retail Management team.

This is a key senior management role for the business, responsible for maximising sales and driving effective retail operations for the North Queensland & Northern Territory region. This position reports to the director of the business, CFO and the National Sales Manager.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years managing a multi-site environment
  • Extensive retail management experience in a multi-site retailer
  • Excellent communication, analytical and strong leadership skills
  • Highly motivated and results focused
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proven experience in the successful management and development of people.
  • Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline is desirable, not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing in-store teams; management of up to 20 stores
  • Driving projected sales & KPI’s to reach and exceed company profitability targets
  • Wage percentage goals
  • Conducting stocktakes
  • People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business
  • Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores
  • Recruitment, Training and development of store teams

This senior appointment will require a candidate with drive, dedication, commitment, and business acumen, to manage and support the company's business goals for our portfolio of North Queensland & Northern Territory stores.
