Jimmy Choo is one of the world leaders in high fashion shoes, handbags, accessories and fragrances and right now we're seeking an experienced luxury Sales Associate who embodies the Jimmy Choo brand ethos to work at our relaunched Melbourne Chadstone Boutique which will include both our women's and men's ranges.
As one of the front line ambassadors of the brand and boutique, your main function is to provide impeccable customer service while generating front line sales and managing a VIP client base.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Sales experience in a similar luxury or high-end brand
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer focus
- A solutions-focused approach
- Proven commercial acumen
- An ability to build rapport and communicate with clients and team members.
- An understanding and proven track record of working towards KPI's and sale goals
- A professional attitude and impeccable personal grooming
