In this customer facing position, you will be representing a high-end, well-renowned organisation in a pop-up retail store based in Chadstone. The position is a casual role working off monthly rostered hours, and would suit someone that has other weekly commitments such as study or work. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Learning and developing product knowledge and sales techniques
• Attending shifts at South Eastern suburb of Melbourne (Chadstone)
• Meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets
• Representing the brand to a very high level at all times
• Understanding promotional activity
• Reporting your in-store performance weekly and providing feedback and recommendations

You will possess:

• Strong sales experience and demonstrated results
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Your own transport and ability to work casually in pop up store Chadstone

You will be rewarded with:

• High pay rates +  Superannuation + Commission per sale + Long Term Incentive Plan
• The opportunity to earn between $400 - 650 per weekend,
• Ongoing shifts and the ability to represent a high end, high-quality brand.
