The role:
Now seeking for their newest Store Manager to lead their beautifully displayed Balwyn store location. In this role you will be reporting directly to Upper Management and responsible for all daily operations of the store mainly including, financials, kpi’s, coaching, stock management, vm and vip listings.
You will come from a menswear’s or strong fashion background and be highly passionate and dedicated to the industry. Stepping into this role you will see yourself coaching your casuals to success while building your strong and promising career within an Australian leading and premium retailer. You will also have a passion for visual merchandising as this will be a massive focus to keep your store standards upheld.
Skills and experiences:
- Previous Retail Management within fashion, ideally menswear
- Passion and love for premium suiting and stylish casual looks
- Success of managing teams to structured kpi’s and budgets
- The ability to problem solve, drive your store in the right business direction
- Strong sales history
- Great knowledge on market fashion trends
- Well presented presentation
- Stock management , rostering and coaching of staff experienced
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build client listings and form forever relationships
- Consultative selling approach
