About the role:

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to take the reigns of this flagship location. You will lead and inspire a team of 10-15 sales associates in delivering luxury in store experiences for your clientele. You will be accountable for all store operations, visual merchandising, administration, stock control, customer experience and performance management.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience managing teams of 10+ in a premium retail environment
• Experienced working with structured KPI and sales targets
• Previous succession planning, recruitment and performance management experience
• Passion for long term growth in retail
• Visual merchandising acumen
• Ability to drive profitability utilizing commercial reports
