Hardy Brothers Jewellers Melbourne has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Service Manager to join our retail sales team.
Celebrating 165 years of business with vision for continued growth and success, we are seeking an industry experienced Service Manager who has the ability to drive our service division while extending exceptional client service standards.
Successful candidates will require a minimum 2 years luxury retail service/ sales experience with the ability to build long lasting client relationships to achieve set outcomes.
Our luxury boutique locations include; Brisbane, Gold Coast, Chatswood, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
To be successful for this exciting opportunity you will need to demonstrate previous experience outlined below.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive service category sales and achieve set budgets demonstrating exceptional sales and service standards
- Promote Hardy Brothers service centre offering all Jewellery and Timepiece repairs, Restorations and Remodels
- Maintain clients expectations, quality control, due date on service jobs and post service follow up
- Promote brand loyalty and develop life-time relationships with clients
- Exemplify Hardy Brothers culture of excellence and commitment
- Be an effective brand ambassador ensuring guests receive our silver service luxury experience
- Work together with your team, supporting colleagues to achieve set outcomes
- Compliance to all policy and procedures
- Participate in all scheduled training and development sessions
Qualifications / requirements:
- 2+ years related experience with a premium jewellery company or luxury retail brand
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and profit performance
- Demonstrate experience and ability to connect with a diverse client base
