About the Role

As a retail sales consultant you will be in a motivated & energetic work environment, driving sales and assisting customer’s needs.

Great each customer as they walk in the door.

Assist each customer to find a product that best suits their needs; providing information on sizes, styles, colours and detailed product information.

Check the size of customer’s feet.

Achieve KPI’s each day.

Process cash and card sales using a POS system.

Provide customer with information on return and exchange policies.

Ensure the store is clean and well presented at all times.

Maintain knowledge of new and upcoming trends in the shoe industry.

Must have a flexible roster working on a casual basis, and must be able to work Saturdays.

You will be a brand ambassador for well-known brands such as Dr Martens, Naot, Birkenstock, Timberland, Skechers, Rieker, Keen, Alegria, Django & Juliette and many more!
Your past experience
-
You have had experience in a fast paced footwear retail sales environment.

You are energetic, upbeat and motivated.

You have strong communication skills with customers.

You have had experience at using a point of sales system and processing card and cash transactions.

You are able to work in a team environment and also independently
