Experienced Merchandiser and Vendor Refill Agent required in Melbourne.

Nationally our field team employs more than 120 Merchandisers so we are small enough to be a business based on values and relationships and large enough to ensure we have a supportive team based attitude and systems to assist our team.

Our team work with the following retailers:-

Grocery - Coles, Woolworths, Target, Big W, Officeworks and Kmart
Hardware - Bunnings and selected Independents
Pharmacy - Selected pharmacy retailers

We are looking for a Sales Representatives and Bunnings Vendor Refill Agents with relevant experience with the majority of retailers to complement our team, working across a wide range of brands.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Merchandise stock as per Client directives
• Ensure stock is full and displayed neatly
• Utilise provided point of sale to create off location displays and provide extra value to our customers and retailer partners
• Maintain ticketing standards
• Execute planograms, relays, refits, store setups and BLG's.
• Direct Sales to Independents (supermarkets and hardware)
• Build and maintain relationships with retail personnel
• Negotiate product sale opportunities and pre-sell promotions
• Be a brand ambassador for our Clients

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous sales and merchandising experience necessary
• Retail, grocery or hardware experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of planograms, refits and ticketing standards
• The ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and show initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and passionate disposition
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit
• Neat and professional appearance
• Car and valid driver's license - copy will be required on application
• Daily hours are flexible and will need to fit with our clients requirements
• Reasonable computer skills
• Team Player able to take direction and be a self starter
